ASSISTANCE TO FOREIGN COMPANIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GREEN PLANTS IN ITALY
IGW is a company specialized in the construction of Green plants. Thanks to the experience gained in the sector, it is able to support foreign companies that decide to operate in Italy in the management of the administrative requirements necessary to be able to operate in compliance with the legislation and, if required, provide a project manager temporary to support the foreign company in managing the order both towards the public administration and the private sector.

The IGW team can be a partner for foreign companies that decide to operate in Italy, for the following services:

  • TRANSNATIONAL POSTING : any European company that decides to operate in another member state of the European Community is subject to the regulations implementing the community directive no. 2014/67 / EU of the European Parliament and Council of 15 May 2014. IGW can support the foreign company to prepare all the required obligations;
  • DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT : all foreign companies (not only European) that decide to build a plant in Italy, are subject to the legislation governing public works in Italy. To carry out the work, it is necessary to produce in Italian, in compliance with national legislation, all the documentation relating to the contract and safety;
  • REQUESTS FOR AUTHORIZATION OF SUBCONTRACTING AND SUB-SUPPLIES : all foreign companies (not only European) that decide to operate in Italy must request authorization from the public administration in order to subcontract or rent equipment "a hot ";
  • WORKERS HEALTH AND SAFETY DOCUMENTATION : the IGW team can work alongside foreign partners for the management of the necessary documentation required by Legislative Decree 81/08).
INTEGRATED PREVENTION POLLUTION CONTROL (IPPC) – EUROPEAN REGULATION
It is the provision that authorizes the operation of an installation in compliance with conditions that guarantee compliance with IPPC ( integrated pollution prevention and reduction ) requirements relating to industrial emissions and environmental performance associated with Best Techniques Available (BAT). Our team is responsible for preparing all the required documentation, with particular attention to the various procedures adopted both at national and local level.
LANDSCAPE AUTHORIZATION
To carry out interventions in areas subject to landscape protection, could be request prior authorization from the competent body: Ministry, Region, Municipality according to the intervention and the level of delegation. IGW supports the client in the preparation of all the documents necessary for the authorization request.
MASS BALANCE
The mass balance is the first tool for the design of a plant for the production of biogas and biomethane. Thanks to the in-depth knowledge of the different types of biomass, having developed the trading sector, and of the different technologies, IGW is able to draw up accurate financial statements and verify the actual energy production.
CALCULATION OF THE SAVINGS OF ALTERANT CLIMATE GAS EMISSIONS (GHG)
The Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) was born as an international standard for the accounting of greenhouse gases, necessary in consideration of the evolution of international policies on climate change. IGW technicians are able to apply the GHG Protocol which provides tools and calculation methodologies to measure and quantify their own greenhouse gas emissions.
ENVIRONMENTAL FORENSIC CONSULTING
In support of law firms for the analysis of the technical aspects in civil and criminal cases and in environmental disputes.
IGW can also assume the role of Technical Consultant of a Party in civil and criminal cases relating to environmental issues.
ENVIRONMENTAL DUE DILIGENCE
IGW's experience in the field of environmental issues, authorizations and in the renewable energy sector, means that the team can support its customers in the evaluation of plants and projects related to the green economy by identifying in advance potential critical issues and / or impediments both of a technical and administrative nature.
EVALUATION, MANAGEMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF RESIDUES FROM AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTION
In the context of a circular economy, agri-food residues represent a resource for the production of renewable energy, also contributing to a reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. IGW selects, evaluates and proposes by-products for energy enhancement based on national legislation.
Not only legislative compliance, but also the correct management of every technical-commercial aspect, and the resolution of complaints and non-compliance.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA)
It is the technical-administrative procedure that identifies, describes and evaluates, in advance, the effects on the environment, health and human well-being of public or private projects. It also identifies measures to prevent, eliminate or reduce negative impacts on the environment, before they actually occur. The environmental assessment aims to ensure that the activity is compatible with the conditions for sustainable development. The IGW team supports the client throughout the authorization process, suggests the best solution to be adopted by evaluating the design complexity and specific environmental characteristics.
INCIDENCE ASSESSMENT
It is the preventive procedure to which it is necessary to submit any plan, program, project, intervention or activity (P / P / P / I / A) that may have a significant impact on a site or proposed site of the Natura 2000 Network (ecological network spread throughout the territory of the European Union established to guarantee the long-term maintenance of natural habitats and species of flora and fauna that are threatened or rare at community level).
